Delivery Model

Global delivery, selectively in person.

Online delivery — preferred format

Online delivery is the primary format for advisory sessions, strategic consulting, workshops and international engagements. It enables efficient, high-quality collaboration across regions and sectors at standard fee levels.

In-person engagements — premium positioning

In-person delivery is available for keynote speaking, institutional workshops, facilitation and regional programmes. In-person fees are priced at a premium to reflect preparation intensity, travel and time allocation, on-site facilitation and limited availability.

Weighting & Demand

London weighting and high-demand event periods.

London & major city engagements

Engagements in London and major UK cities are subject to London weighting, reflecting demand intensity, event density, time-allocation constraints and increased logistical requirements. This follows standard market practice for senior advisory and speaking engagements.

High-demand event periods

Certain periods of the year reflect significantly increased demand and limited availability, including International Women’s Day (IWD), Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) and peak national conference and policy event seasons. Engagements during these periods may be subject to premium scheduling rates.

International engagements

International work is delivered online by default. In-person international engagements are scoped individually and include travel, preparation and on-site facilitation costs.

Note

All fees reflect senior-level strategic advisory work and the complexity of system-level engagement. Pricing varies by delivery format, scope, organisational scale and availability.

All engagements are scoped individually depending on institutional complexity, stakeholder landscape and regional scale.

Payment Terms & Conditions

UK & international engagements.

All engagements are subject to the following standard payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Deposit & Payment Structure

For all new clients:

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required to secure and confirm any engagement.
  • The remaining 50% is payable within 30 calendar days of invoice date (Net 30 terms).

Work will not commence until the initial deposit has been received in full.

2. Public Sector & University Bookings

For all Higher Education and Public Sector clients, the following requirements apply:

  • A valid Purchase Order (PO) must be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
  • The initial 50% deposit must be received alongside or immediately following PO issuance.
  • Bookings will not be confirmed or scheduled without a valid PO and deposit.
  • Failure to provide a PO may result in the engagement being declined or postponed.

The full invoice must include a correct departmental billing address, including:

  • Institution or authority name
  • Department name
  • Finance or accounts payable contact details
  • Full billing address for invoicing purposes

This ensures compliance with institutional procurement and audit requirements.

3. Invoice Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via:

  • BACS (bank transfer)
  • PayPal (by prior arrangement only)

All payment details will be provided on the official invoice.

4. Online and In-Person Engagements

  • Online engagements follow standard pricing and payment terms.
  • In-person engagements may include additional costs relating to travel, preparation, and delivery time.
  • All in-person engagements are subject to availability and confirmed scheduling.

5. London & Major City Engagements

Engagements in London and major UK cities may be subject to London weighting, reflecting:

  • Increased demand
  • Scheduling constraints
  • Time allocation and logistical requirements

This will always be confirmed prior to engagement acceptance.

6. High-Demand Event Periods

Due to significantly increased demand and limited availability, premium scheduling rates may apply during peak periods including:

  • International Women’s Day (IWD)
  • Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW)
  • Major national conference and policy cycles

Fees during these periods are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial or full fee retention.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • All changes must be agreed in writing.

8. Commercial Basis

All fees are set on a commercial advisory basis and reflect:

  • Strategic expertise and senior-level advisory input
  • Preparation and delivery time
  • System-level engagement complexity
  • Demand conditions and availability

This is a professional consultancy service and not a consumer service.

9. Legal Basis

All engagements are governed under UK law.

These terms form part of the contractual agreement between both parties and may be supplemented by a separate written agreement where required.

10. Expenses, Travel & Subsistence

In addition to agreed advisory, consulting, and speaking fees, reasonable expenses may be charged where applicable.

These may include:

  • Travel costs (including rail, air, or mileage where relevant)
  • Accommodation where overnight stays are required
  • Subsistence and daily allowances where applicable
  • Any pre-approved event or venue-related costs incurred in delivery of services

Expense Approval & Billing

All expenses will:

  • Be agreed in advance where practicable
  • Be invoiced separately or included in the main invoice depending on engagement structure
  • Be charged at cost unless otherwise stated in writing

For public sector and higher education clients:

  • Expenses may be required to be included in the initial purchase order (PO) where institutional policy requires upfront approval
  • Where pre-approval is required, expenses may be invoiced in advance of delivery

Payment Timing for Expenses

Where applicable:

  • Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs may be required to be paid in advance of the engagement
  • This ensures confirmation of bookings and alignment with delivery schedules

Commercial Positioning

All expenses are incurred solely in relation to the delivery of agreed services and are standard practice within UK consultancy and advisory engagements.
